REGISTRATION - Register Early For Your Chance To Win a WCC™ Jacket
All Early Bird registrations and payments received by April 30, will be eligible to win 1 of 2 WCC™ Spring Jackets.

Registering Before The Tournament - the preferred option as registration on tournament day may be limited.
Once you have completed the registration form, mail it and the cheque for your fees to WCC™, 1 Adam Street, PO Box 988, Tavistock ON N0B 2R0.

Full payment must accompany the registration to be accepted. Registration fees are non refundable.

Registrations dropped off or postmarked after May 15 will be subject to a late fee of $5.00 per person.

Note that doubles players can and should register for all the categories they wish to enter on a single registration form. In Doubles registration the first name on the form will be used as the “contact person”. All games will be played with the partner listed on the joint registration form.

Registration On Tournament Day - opportunities to play may be limited

Registration will start at 7:15 a.m.and continue until 8:00 am and then open again from 12:30 to 1:45 pm.

Make sure you are registered and ready to play well in advance of your category start time. Once players are seated, you may not be allowed to enter play.
Registrations on tournament day include a late fee of $5.00 per person.

Items To Note
There are categories of play for all ages and skill levels. There are no pre-qualification requirements. Anyone can enter.

The main focus of the tournament is the Adult Competitive category and winners will be awarded the larger prizes of the day.

First prize winners in Recreational Singles and Recreational Doubles cannot compete in any recreational category for the two calendar years following his/her win and are strongly encouraged to enter in a competitive category.

Competitive, Recreational and Cue Doubles teams that include a child (ages 6-14) must also include an adult (defined as 15 years or older).

The new Youth Doubles categoy was created for young players ages 6-14.

Parents and/or guardians registering young players are strongly requested to remain with them during play.

Please note that if you are registering in a Cue category, you must supply your own cue.

The World Crokinole Championship TM reserves the right to publish the names and/or pictures of any of its participants. WCC posts, on our website, after the tournament, the winners in every category plus the names and scores of the top 20 players in each category except Junior and Intermediate.
